Panattoni Park Ostrava Airport Panattoni Park Ostrava Airport is a planned state of the art distribution and logistic facility located at the heart of Europe.
It is one of the largest big-box halls planned anywhere in the region. It is adjacent to the international cargo air terminal and there will be a modern rail container terminal directly on site.
Trucks can access the site either by highway D1 from the north or D48 from the south. The site lies within the Ostrava agglomeration, which is one of the largest and most upcoming urban regions of the country.

E- commerce fulfilmet centre
The facility of the biggest online shopping store Amazon in Czech republic comprises 133,000 sqm of industrial space. Construction started in August 2014 and it was finished and took over a year later. The built-to-suit project is located within the Panattoni Park Prague Airport I in Dobroviz. Amazon has created more than 2 500 long term jobs/permanent jobs and an additional seasonal jobs within three years after launch. The building itself is the largest leased industrial building ever built in the Czech republic.

The company Tchibo Prague has introduced in Panattoni Park Cheb the distribution centre, which will serve online customers from CEE region and South part of Germany. The total rentable area has reached 73 000 sqm. The premises hasl become the 2nd largest logistics hall ever constructed in the territory of the Czech Republic after the distribution centre of Amazon in Dobrovíz. One of the world´s biggest coffee roasters worldwide and the leader of the e-commerce fashion retail in the Czech Republic created up to 350 new jobs in Karlovy Vary region.

The property consists of a cross-dock of 7000 sqm, logistics warehouse with a capacity of 13,000 sqm and 3000 sqm of office space. There is a possibility of further expansion within the same building by up to 35,000 sqm. Panattoni Europe has built a large cross-dock, a hall, which has a span of 45 meters without any columns. It is the only hall of its kind in the Czech Republic, which will be built into the lease.
